Facing harassment and death threats, National President weigh whether to stay

He said, “Those who are fighting to save democratic and constitutional values will have to many times speak up against the ruling dispensation. Elements who cannot tolerate it are threatening the writers. I too have received threats.
Shubham also received a threat call and messages from different numbers.
Party workers say that though many of these cases were brought to the attention of the police, FIRs were not filed.
Following this, his political supporter had filed an appeal before the District Police Superintendent in March 2023, which was also rejected.
Mr. Shubham Yadav has noted that late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was killed by her own bodyguards and that he felt scared of his guards. He asked the government to make it compulsory for each guard to produce a copy of the deployment order.
