Major accident in Hathras: Janrath bus collides with Max pickup, 11 people died and 16 injured

Roadways’ Janrath bus collided with Max near Kapura intersection of Kotwali Chandpa area in Hathras. According to the information received, Max and 11 people traveling in the bus died in the accident. Whereas, more than 16 including women and children were injured. The injured are undergoing treatment in the district hospital.

Shabana, a resident of Sengra, Khandauli police station area of ​​Agra, who was injured in the accident, told that she was returning to her village after attending the thirteenth wedding ceremony of her sister-in-law, her maternal grandmother, in Mukand Khera village of Sasni area. According to Shabana, there were about 35 people in the Max. DM Ashish Kumar and SP Nipun have reached the spot. Officials took information about the accident. Also, the seriously injured have been referred to Aligarh for treatment. The police administration is engaged in relief and rescue operations.
