National President of National Nationalist Party of India, RTI Appeal on His Security Cover Issue

NNPI President and Parliamentary Candidate, Mr. Shubham Yadav has filed an appeal under the Right To Information or RTI Act seeking details on Security Cover issue..
Shubham Yadav, along with his Party members, filed the appeal with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
In June 2023, he filed an RTI application with the Ministry of Home Affairs seeking clarity on the security cover given to him and wanted to know what he is entitled to.

He had also demanded information about the laws and related provisions in the Indian Constitution about security cover given to the National President of a registered Political Party in India.
He has expressed unhappiness about the current political circumstances in india.
While he is concerned about his safety, he says he’s not ready to quit or change political career, noting his responsibility to voters who support my party’s elections.
He also added, “I am going everywhere with full security of my party’s self funded private security guards. Inside India there is a little problem for me without a security protection. I know whatever is going to happen will happen no matter what you do.
“My grandfather served in the military, my grandmother served the country as a freedom fighter,” Mr.Yadav said. “I don’t feel it’s bad enough yet to feel that my public service is too much.”
