Lucknow Ekana International Cricket Stadium : According to a release from the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA), fans who purchased tickets in person can obtain their refunds on December 20 and 21, from 11:00 am IST to 6:00 pm IST at the box office located at Gate No. 2 of the Ekana International Cricket Stadium.

Those who bought tickets offline are required to bring the original ticket and a government-issued ID, which will be attached to the refund form. The form must include accurate bank account details to facilitate a swift refund process. Dedicated refund counters will be available at the venue. Please note that offline ticket holders must be present in person and should carry their original physical tickets along with a copy of their government-issued ID for verification. Once verified successfully, refunds will be processed directly to the designated bank accounts as indicated in the refund form. Refunds will only be initiated after thorough verification of all provided documents and information.

The Lucknow match was set to start at 7:30 pm IST on December 17, with the toss scheduled for 7:00 pm. However, after six inspections, the umpires determined that the conditions were not suitable for play and ultimately called off the match without any play occurring. The final inspection was conducted at 9:25 pm.
Online Ticket Holders: Spectators who booked tickets online will receive a refund of the ticket amount through their original mode of payment. Refund-related notifications will be sent to the registered email addresses. Ticket holders are advised to regularly monitor their emails for further updates.
